Welcome to CakeLelo.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and purchase of products from CakeLelo Foods Private Limited.

1. Orders and Acceptance - All orders placed through our website, POS counters, or custom cake quotation builder represent an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by our branch kitchens. - We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies caused by technical failure or unavailable rare ingredients.

2. Product Appearance and Handcrafted Variations Every cake at CakeLelo is an individually handcrafted culinary art piece. While our master pastry chefs strive for exact visual replication of catalog and custom reference images, minor variations in shade, floral piping, and natural chocolate drip patterns are inherent to artisan hand baking.

3. Perishable Nature & Care Instructions - Keep all cream and chocolate cakes refrigerated at 4°C to 8°C until 30 minutes before serving. - Do not expose celebration cakes to direct sunlight or ambient temperatures above 25°C. - Structural dowels may be present in multi-tier cakes and Barbie doll cakes for stability; please supervise children during cake cutting.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
