Cake Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because our artisan cakes are baked fresh from scratch without pre-frozen inventory, cancellation windows depend on the order's preparation stage:

1. Standard Catalog Cakes (Dutch Truffle, Black Forest, Red Velvet) - **More than 3 hours before delivery slot:** Free cancellation with 100% full refund to original payment method. - **Within 3 hours of delivery slot:** If the kitchen has already commenced sponge baking or cream piping, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover perishable ingredient loss.

2. Bespoke Custom Cakes & Barbie Doll Cakes - **More than 12 hours before scheduled slot:** 100% full refund. - **Within 6 to 12 hours:** 50% refund (as specialized fondant figurines, sponge carving, and custom chocolate toppers have already been prepared). - **Under 6 hours:** Non-cancellable once the master pastry chef has finalized assembly.

3. Date & Time Rescheduling You can reschedule your delivery slot free of charge by contacting your assigned branch kitchen or our WhatsApp concierge at least **4 hours before your scheduled delivery time**.
