Payment Gateway & Security Certifications All online transactions are processed through **Razorpay Payments**, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator complying with: - **PCI-DSS Level 1** Certification (the highest global standard for payment security). - **256-Bit SSL Encryption** on all checkout sessions. - **RBI Mandatory 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)** with OTP verification for all Indian card transactions.
3. Payment Failure Assistance If your payment is debited from your bank account but your order status shows pending, do not worry. Razorpay will automatically reconcile the transaction within 15 minutes, or initiate an automatic reversal within 24 to 48 hours.
