  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (such as name, contact number, delivery address) is true, accurate, and up to date.

5. Ordering and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cakelelo Foods Pvt Ltd.

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • We may cancel or refuse orders due to product unavailability, technical issues, suspected fraud, or violation of law.

  • Custom cake orders require advance notice as specified on the product page.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

  • We accept secure online payments via trusted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking).

  • We do not store your full payment details.

  • In case of payment failure but successful order placement, please contact support@cakelelo.com.

7. Delivery and Tracking

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown during checkout.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

  • Real-time order tracking may be available for select areas.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be attempted once more or redirected as per company policy.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement or before cake preparation begins.

  • Cancellations are not allowed once preparation or dispatch has started.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund exceptions for perishable goods:

    • No refund for delivered cakes, chocolates, or flowers once opened or consumed.

    • Refund/replacement is applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or unfit for consumption as per FSSAI standards.

9. Food Quality, Safety & Allergens

  • All our products are made following FSSAI-approved hygiene and safety standards.

  • We ensure freshly prepared cakes, chocolates, and food items.

  • Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should review product details carefully or contact us before ordering.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By using Cakelelo.com, you agree to:

  • Provide valid and lawful information.

  • Use our platform only for legitimate purposes.

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse of offers.

  • Not attempt to damage or interfere with our website, servers, or systems.

11. User-Generated Content (Reviews & Ratings)

  • You may submit reviews, ratings, or feedback for our products or services.

  • By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it.

  • You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to upload offensive, unlawful, or misleading material.

  • Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the order value or INR 2,000, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

Cakelelo Foods Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government actions, strikes, pandemics, internet failures, or supply chain disruptions.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

16. Assignment

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, such as in a merger or acquisition. Users may not transfer their rights without our prior written consent.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement
