2. Serviceable Delivery Areas
We currently deliver in:
· Primary service area: Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad, Gujarat
· Extended delivery areas: Select pin codes across Gujarat via our trusted partners (Shiprocket, Dunzo, and other local logistics).
You can verify delivery availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.
If your address is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to suggest alternatives or refund your order.

· Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
· Once confirmed, order details (product, address, time slot) cannot be modified.
· You will receive SMS/email updates with live order and delivery tracking information.
· All fresh cakes and perishable items are baked/prepared on demand to maintain quality.
5. Same-Day Delivery Conditions
· Available for selected SKUs only (custom cakes may require 6–12 hours notice).
· Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM for same-day delivery eligibility.
· Same-day delivery applies only within local service zones (Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad).
6. Shipping Partners
We use a combination of in-house delivery and third-party logistics providers for timely and safe deliveries:
· Local Deliveries: Handled by Cakelelo’s internal fleet or trusted local delivery partners.
· Outstation Deliveries: Managed through Shiprocket, which integrates major courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery).
All deliveries are carefully handled to ensure freshness, safety, and hygiene.
7. Packaging Standards
· All cakes, gifts, and flowers are packaged with food-safe and eco-friendly materials.
· Products are sealed to prevent damage, contamination, or tampering.
· Fragile or perishable items include temperature-control packaging during transport when necessary.
8. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
· Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and instructions are correct at checkout.
· If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you or reschedule once.
· After two failed attempts, the order will be marked as “Delivered” or “Undeliverable”, and no refund will be issued for perishable items.
9. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
We always strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

· Bad weather or traffic conditions
· Courier network disruptions or strikes
· Public holidays or lockdowns
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to deliver at the earliest possible time.
10. Shipping Charges
· Free delivery is available for select products and locations.
· For other areas, a nominal delivery fee may apply (visible at checkout before payment).
· Express or midnight deliveries may carry additional surcharges.
11. Order Tracking
· You can track your order status via your Cakelelo account dashboard or the tracking link sent via SMS/email.
· For Shiprocket shipments, tracking links are updated automatically once dispatched.
12. Delivery of Perishable Items (Cakes, Flowers, Chocolates)
· Delivered items are freshly prepared on the day of delivery.
· Perishable products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except for proven quality or damage issues.
· Customers must check the product condition at the time of delivery and raise any concern within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or email.
13. Non-Delivery Situations
Cakelelo shall not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
· Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
· Unavailable recipient
· Unreachable contact number
· Refusal to accept the order
· Unforeseen courier or logistic restrictions
14. International Shipping
Currently, Cakelelo.com delivers only within India. We do not support international orders at this time.
